What is ViewSPORT technology? Is it safe for me or my children?
Yes. To the most important question, ViewSPORT's “Sweat Activated Technology” is completely hypo-allergenic, non-toxic, odorless and safe for anyone to wear. The SAT works on all colored fabrics that darken as moisture is absorbed, is undetectable when dry, and lasts through dozens of wash cycles.
Will I be charged sales tax?
ViewSPORT® charges the applicable sales tax for all orders that are shipped within New York State. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to other states.
How long do products stay in my cart?
Products will stay in your cart until you have completed your purchase, removed them on your own, or if they sell out before your purchase is completed. Our cart system works off of a first-to-check-out basis - so you are free to add products to your cart for as long as they are available. Be quick though – having a product in your cart is not a guarantee you will keep the item! You need to complete your checkout and purchase to make sure you'll get it; so if you are holding on to an item with low inventory, make sure you act fast!
I want to show off the hidden logo to my friends without having to workout, can I do this? I can’t see the hidden logo even though I’m sweating a lot, is my shirt defective? Do your shirts work in water or are they just sweat-activated?
So, you’ve just received your new ViewSPORT t-shirt and you want to show-off the hidden logo to your friends without a workout? You can do what we do to test our shirts in-house: turn your shirt inside out, and using a spray bottle filled with water, lightly mist your shirt in the logo area and turn right side out to see the reveal. Our technology is both water and sweat-activated. If you are working out and sweating very hard (a good thing for you!), on occasion this can cause a super-saturation of the material around the logo, which can make it hard to distinguish the hidden text from the t-shirt material. Occasionally a shirt escapes the technology application process during manufacturing; if you feel your shirt is defective, please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@viewsport.us for a replacement within 45 days of order receipt.
